We created  the Latin USA Film Festival, the Festival of the Romance Languages which comprises all the languages that descend from LATIN. Films which have been produced domestically or internationally, either by traditional methods or independently, will help enlighten some and reassure others that the Latin heritage is, has been, and will continue to be an influential and viable force. One, which will aid in shaping the future, of not only this great nation, but also the rest of the world. The main focus of this FESTIVAL is to portrait the culture without the exploitation of the negative stereo type, focusing mainly on the positive aspects of the culture.

She has been involved in various capacities within the entertainment industry for many years In Brazil and the USA. Most notably, Alessandra founded and produced the Latin USA Film Festival and Expo hosted at Madison Square Garden in NYC. Sponsors included NBC Ch4 & Telemundo, Puppi Avati - Cine Citta Studios (one of the largest movie studios outside of the USA). This was the only festival to unite Film, TV, Radio, Scripts, and other visual Arts in various ways, along with a positive message. The Festival ran for 12 Days in 10 different venues in NYC, with the Grand Finale being hosted at Madison Square Garden. The Festival web site received over 300,000 hits worldwide with its positive message being supported by all Film Organizations on the East and West Coast as well SAG, AFTRA, WGA East and West, SEA, HOLA, GIAA Women in Film And TV, etc.

The Festival picked up spontaneous print and media press from: Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Spain, Italy, USA, etc. While creating worldwide exposure for hundreds of writers, actors and filmmakers, the festival also served as her direct introduction platform into numerous studios, television networks and production companies.

Most recently, Alessandra was retained as Project Manager for the “Secret Superman Files” graphic novel. Prior to working in entertainment, Mrs. Sarro studied Law and International Business Marketing computer courses (7+) and I am fluent in 3 languages in Brazil and was employed in the business banking field with a major international firm and owned my own Business in Brazil . Her uniquely combined background in art as well as commerce has provided Alessandra with the necessary components to help writers open the doors into show business. (As much as we like a good show, the business end is just as important!) Alessandra’s vast network from past and current projects has been maintained as well as expanded and will enable any applicant a fair opportunity to get their Big Idea into the hands of someone who will share their vision and passion.
